CAR BODY
REINF SIDE COMPLETE LH / RH
- Side Reinforcement Complete : This component is designed to strengthen the vehicle's side body structure, improve crash safety, and support the mounting of doors and related components. Typically includes inner and outer reinforcements, A-pillar, B-pillar, and C-pillar pillars, and side panel elements as part of a welded or assembled unit.
PANEL ASSY QTR INNER
- The Quarter Inner Panel Assembly refers to the inner structural part of the rear quarter section of a vehicle use of Wheel arch support structure, Mounting points for interior trims or seatbelt components, located behind the rear doors and between the roof and the rear wheel housing.
PANEL ASSY - TAIL GATE / TRUNK LID
- The Tail Gate / Trunk Lid Panel Assembly – Tailgate refers to the complete rear tailgate panel of a vehicle, including the hinges that allow it to pivot open and closed. This assembly is commonly used in SUVs, pickups, hatchbacks, and use exterior components as like rear lights, Wiper motor, Camera, and interior trim.
FUEL FILLER DOOR ASSEMBLY
- Fuel Filler Door assembly connects as a fuel cap/fuel door area of the fuel tank. It allows fuel to be safely poured into the tank during refueling.
BACK PNL COMPL
- The Back Panel Complete is the rear structural panel assembly between the rear quarter panels and below the Trunk / Tailgate opening. It forms part of the vehicle’s rear body structure .
RING ASSEMBLY
- RING ASSEMBLY is likely mounted directly to the roof deck, forming the base structure . The lid mounts to this ring using the hinge areas and creates a weather-sealed access point when closed.
FRT BUMBER
- The Front Bumper is a structural and aesthetic component located at the front end of the Truck vehicle. Sensor Housing: Provides mounting points for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) sensors and cameras. Protection: Shields the radiator, headlights, hood, and engine compartment.
HEAD LAMP MOUNTING:
- The Headlamp Mounting assembly to the Truck vehicle body of frame. It ensures proper alignment, stability, and vibration isolation for the headlamp unit. Supports components like DRLs, turn signals, or adaptive lighting units.
BREAK / CLUTCH ASSEMBLY
- Brake / Clutch Assembly:
A pre-assembled unit of braking components ensures effective stopping power and vehicle control. Connects and disconnects the engine from the manual transmission to allow gear shifting and control of torque transfer. The assembly typically includes a clutch disc, pressure plate, and release bearing

BATTERY PACK LWR CASE ASSY
- The Battery Pack Lower Case Assembly is the bottom structural enclosure of an electric vehicle’s (EV) battery pack. It serves as the foundation for mounting battery modules and associated components. The lower case is a critical part of the battery housing, providing structural strength, protection, and thermal management support for the high-voltage battery system
BATTERY PACK UPPER CASE ASSY
- The Battery Pack Upper Case Assembly is the top cover or enclosure lid of an electric vehicle's high-voltage battery pack. It works in conjunction with the lower case assembly to form a sealed, protective housing that encloses and shields the battery modules and associated electronics.
